I want to express my deepest appreciation to the many friends and volunteers who encouraged me and donated hundreds of hours to the campaign. Thank you for your support and I promise to give 100% effort in serving you as Judge of the Monroe Circuit Court.
Why I am seeking the Judgeship
Our courts face tremendous challenges with increasing substance abuse, divorce, custody battles, juvenile delinquency and child abuse. I am running for Judge because I have the experience to make a difference in these issues in our juvenile and criminal courts.
My 26-year law career as a lawyer, Juvenile Court Referee, law professor, and consultant to the Indiana Supreme Court has trained me to be fair in deciding cases and efficient in administering the courtroom.
It would be a privilege to serve the citizens of Monroe County as Judge of the Monroe Circuit Court.
Qualifications
- Former Monroe County Juvenile Court Referee
- Started Monroe County CASA Program
- Associate Clinical Professor at Indiana University School of Law
- Directed IU Child Advocacy Clinic representing high-risk children in court
- Currently a consultant to the Indiana Supreme Court
